1. Eligibility for Exchange
- We offer a 7-day exchange policy for items that are defective or incorrect.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, sealed packaging with tags intact.
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- After your request is approved, you’ll receive our return address and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Returning the Parcel
- Customers are responsible for packaging and sending the parcel to our address using their preferred courier service.
- We recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.
4. Exchange Processing
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll send out a replacement item at standard shipping cost 200 PKR
5. Conditions for Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items returned without prior authorization or that have been worn, opened, or damaged will not be accepted.
